The terms that apply when you use this independent guide to Palm Springs by Nakheel.
www.palmspringsbynakheel.ae is an independent project guide operated by a RERA-registered real estate brokerage in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
This is not the official Nakheel website. It is not owned, operated, endorsed or sponsored by Nakheel PJSC or any of its affiliates. The names "Nakheel" and "Palm Springs" are used only to identify the project the website is about, and remain the property of their owners.
Palm Springs is a pre-launch project. Much of the information on this website comes from early pre-marketing material, press coverage and property portals, and is labelled "Reported" or "Awaiting" for that reason.
Content on this website is general information, not investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Past prices do not predict future values, and no return or capital growth is guaranteed. Take independent professional advice before buying property.
When you submit a form you confirm that the details you give are your own and are accurate, and you agree that we may contact you about Palm Springs by phone, WhatsApp or email. Submitting an enquiry does not create any obligation to buy, and does not reserve a unit. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
We never ask for payments through this website. Off-plan payments in Dubai must be made to the project's registered escrow account, as set out in the developer's official sales documents. Never pay a deposit to an individual.
You must not misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, sending spam through our forms, or copying its content for commercial use without our permission.
The website may link to other sites, such as WhatsApp, property portals or news sources. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this website or from it being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed.
