Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website is an independent project guide operated by a RERA-registered real estate brokerage in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). It is not the official Nakheel website and is not operated by Nakheel PJSC. In this policy, "the website" means www.palmspringsbynakheel.ae.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number and country code
• Whether you are an investor, an individual buyer, an agent or other
• The page you enquired from and the date and time of the enquiry

Like most websites, our hosting and security tools also record technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, passport copies, bank details or payment information through this website.

How we use your details

• To reply to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To send you official Palm Springs material, such as the price list, floor plans and payment plan, once the developer releases it.
• To arrange a consultation with a property specialist if you ask for one.
• To keep the website secure and to prevent spam and fraud.

We process your details on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We do this in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Who we share your details with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only:

• With our own property specialists who handle your enquiry.
• With the developer or its appointed sales team, if you ask us to register an expression of interest or a booking on your behalf.
• With service providers that host this website and deliver our email, under confidentiality obligations.
• Where required by law, by a court order or by a UAE regulator such as RERA or the Dubai Land Department.

How long we keep your details

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on the Palm Springs launch, and to meet our legal and regulatory record-keeping duties. When they are no longer needed, we delete them or make them anonymous.

Cookies

The website uses essential cookies and similar technologies needed for it to work, for example to submit forms and to remember that you closed a popup. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
• Correct details that are wrong or out of date.
• Delete your details or stop contacting you.
• Withdraw your consent to being contacted.

To make a request, submit the enquiry form using the email address you enquired with, and a member of our team will contact you to confirm and action it. You can also reply "STOP" to any WhatsApp message or use the unsubscribe link in any email from us.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
