Location and connectivity
Pre-marketing places Palm Springs in the Jebel Ali area of southern Dubai, close to Palm Jebel Ali. Travel times will be published once the exact site is confirmed.

- Palm Jebel Ali was relaunched in May 2023, planned at up to twice the size of Palm Jumeirah with about 110 km of new coastline.
- Villa construction on its first six fronds is under contract, with completions targeted for late 2026.
- Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) is the main road corridor through Jebel Ali, linking it to Dubai Marina and central Dubai.
- Nakheel's Jebel Ali Village, an established villa community, is in the same district.
